On the morning of Nov 27th we will be doing a technical upgrade to your TPO service. During this upgrade two things will happen.

First, your phone service will not work. You will need to re-initialize the service to make or receive calls. See the instructions below on how to do this.

Second, your voice mail will be reset. All saved voice mails will be lost and you will need to reset your voice mail box. After you have re-initialized your phone, hold down the 1 button to be directed to your voicemail box to set it up.
