TPO Mobile is looking for a Content Producer



The People’s Operator team is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated content producer to help us ramp our content production.

The Content producer role is primarily focused on increasing brand awareness and community engagement. You will be brainstorming, coming up with and exploring ideas. If your work is good, it will go on our social channels, site, emails and people will see it.

The role is initially a 6 month fixed term contract with the potential to develop into a permanent role, starting immediately.

The chosen candidate will be looking after the following aspects:

Produce content for a variety of channels: videos, digital articles, podcasts, and graphics.

You can do it all and aren’t afraid to push boundaries.

Create high quality content across varying subject matters and utilise different tones of voice as appropriate.

Produce media right blog posts and help develop partnerships with Influencers/bloggers.

Help generate content and social feed activities across all social platforms.

Create short form video - YouTube, Snapchat, Vimeo, Vine.

Storyboarding concepts and themes.

Creating data rich infographics as well as fun GIFs.

Maintain an up-to-date awareness of their competitors, customers and services to support when creating content and marketing messages.

Monitor our partner activity for content and interaction opportunities.

Research for current topics of focus and news content relevant to TPO brand.

Track performance of content and optimise based on results.

To liaise with our SEO agency, and to implement best practice for creating effective SEO content.

Support all types of collateral and brand initiatives developed by TPO.

Skills Experience/requirements:

Active and passionate about producing content and have a history of side projects.

An understanding of SEO and digital marketing trends, including social media.

Possess an intense curiosity to identify trends and ship fantastic products.

Are highly motivated and self organised, with an eye for detail and creative voice.

Are not afraid to voice your ideas about how we can always get better.

Have great taste in software and services.

Team player with a willingness to learn.

Work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Competent at using video editing software and know your way around Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop) or Final Cut Pro.

Have experience with shooting and lighting using various equipment.

Love playing around on the web, you’ve posted videos on YouTube before, know how blogs work and have experience with Instagram, Twitter, Blog and Facebook.

Able to maintain confidentiality of work-related information and materials.

Have excellent communication skills.

Willingness to work off-hours and take initiative and to follow through on projects.

Ability to source and create strong content.


A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related business field Experience in an internal communications, or communications, media, marketing.

Creative and passionate storyteller.

Positive and honest with infectious enthusiasm.

Curious and investigative. Collaborative ideator.

Ability to multi-task at a very fast pace while thinking quickly and clearly.
