Terms of the Refer a Friend Program
- The Refer a friend (the “Program") is exclusively for existing customers U.S registered with TPO Mobile, and you must have a registered active TPO number to participate in this offer.
- Under the Program, you will qualify for $10 free credit OR $5 cash for you and a great value prepaid plan for your friend when someone joins TPO Mobile through your personalized unique link.
- You can EITHER choose Cash OR Credit – credit will be the default option if you select nothing. Cash will only be redeemable after you have hit the $25 dollar mark. A minimum of 5 recruits – this will be paid out only through PayPal.
- Total reward per recruit is a Minimum of $5.
- When your friend has activated and started using the service.
- Your friend must be new to TPO Mobile and intends to be a regular user of the service.
- We reserve the right to not award the reward to you and your friend where a new service has NOT been used, we suspect fraud, or we identify unusual behaviour.
- Your selected rewards will be given to and your friend after your friend's activated at TPO and is using the service for 90 days.
- You and your friend will be rewarded after 90 days of your friend activating and for every referral after that you will be rewarded after 90 days basis.
- If you recruit has not stayed on the network for the specified time period of 90 days you both WON’T be rewarded.
- This offer in not valid in conjunction with any other offer on TPO.
- We will send you email on a quarterly basis confirming your rewards.
- The right of Referrer to receive the reward is
subject to their on-going compliance with these Terms and Conditions. TPO
Mobile may, at its sole discretion, suspend or remove a Referrer from the
Program at any time and without notice, and withhold or seek reimbursement
of, or payment from any Referrer in any reasonable circumstances,
including but not limited to the following:
- If the Referrer has breached these or any other applicable terms and conditions;
- If TPO Mobile suspects or has reasonable grounds to believe that the Referrer has provided incorrect or misleading information to any member or to TPO Mobile;
- If TPO Mobile suspects the Referrer is otherwise misusing or interfering in any way with the Program or the TPO Mobile Network;
- If TPO Mobile receives a complaint about a Referrer; or
- If the Referrer has otherwise engaged in conduct which may breach any law or regulation or be detrimental to TPO Mobile's reputation.
- TPO Mobile accepts no responsibility for any incorrectly completed, lost or delayed registration applications, notices, acceptances or other documents related to the Program.
- TPO Mobile may amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate the Program at any time and for any reason on at least 30 days notice, which will be provided by email to Referrer. Any rewards genuinely accrued before the date on which the Program is amended, suspended, withdrawn or terminated as appropriate will be paid as provided by these terms.
- All decisions by TPO on matters relating to the Program are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The offer ends inclusively on the 31st December 2017.
Additional Terms and Conditions
- This offer is not open to employees or agents of the Promoter's group of companies or any other person associated with this competition.
- Entry into this offer is dependent on your acceptance of these terms and conditions and by entering you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

- The reward is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative for this reward will be offered.
